It seems that BlackBerries or BlackBerry related products are the new device to write a book on. A while back we told you about the man who wrote his book on his BlackBerry Playbook.
Author Geordie Greig wrote a biography of Lucian Freud. The book is 272 pages and it was mostly written on his BlackBerry Bold. Why did he pick a BlackBerry?
“the predictive text on an iPhone makes it much more difficult to write on.” Truer words have never been spoken. Predictive text can be annoying and can also delay writing time.
He would use the Bold “you can get about 1800 words in there” and then send himself the words in an email later. It would be much easier to edit it that way!
